The Heart of the Community Foundation supports local community agency projects with heart-health and humanitarian missions by awarding yearly grants to projects that benefits individuals in our Rome/Floyd County communities (not to fund a position or salary). Priority is given to projects that directly support heart-health and heart-related activities. Grants are awarded at the discretion of the selection committee and will be presented to selected agencies at our annual Heart Walk .
