CHRIS CAREY

Originally from Milford, Massachusetts, Chris and his family have been in Rome for 11 years.

He received a Business Degree in Marketing from Georgia State University and is the CEO of Logical Systems, Inc. He has been involved in every facet of our community’s life since moving to Rome in 2003.

-Rome Rotary Club
-Communities in Schools of Rome/Floyd County
– Organized the first Rome and Floyd County Cardboard Challenge
-Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee
– Free Clinic
-United Way
-Habitat for Humanity Boston Butt Roast prepared by Knights of Columbus benefitting the HfH Woman’s Build
-Participated in Celebrity Dance Challenge for NWGA Sexual Assault Center

According to Nancy Griffin from Communities in Schools, “It is difficult to quantify the scope of Chris’ service to the community in the 11 years since he moved to Rome.  One can only estimate the number of people whose lives he’s touched.”

Chris and his wife, Jessica, are very active in St. Mary’s church.  They are the proud parents of two daughters, Bridget, age 13 and Fiona, age 10. He is an avid cyclist and has a strong love for music and hockey.
