NANCY AND DAVID HUNTER

NancyandDavidHunterNancy Smith Hunter grew up in Lindale. Georgia.  After being educated at Thornwood School and  St. Mary’s Jr. College, she graduated from the University of Georgia.  After teaching in Cobb County, Nancy returned to Lindale to teach in the Pepperell Schools until retirement..

She has been active in the following:

-St. Peter’s Episcopal Church
-Good Neighbor Ministries Board
-Hospitality House Board

-Camp Sunshine-Camp for children with Cancer
– Junior Service League Sustainer of the year  2008
-Alpha Delta Kappa Educational Sorority

Claws and Paws

David Hunter was educated at Darlington School,  served in the US Army  with a tour in Viet Nam,  retuned to complete his studies at Valdosta State University. He worked as a Senior  Bank Examiner with the State Department of Banking and Finance. He was a founding director of the First Rome Bank and currently works with  Wells Fargo Advisors( formerly A. G. Edwards)  as a Senior Vice President – Investment Officer

His involvement in the community includes:
